The labels, collection and updates all worked really well. The PSP was away a long time but when I emailed to enquire I got a very prompt response and the PSP straight back.

Excellent service, easy to drop console to local shop and returned back in the post. My only criticism is the repair was completed before we were told how much the repair would cost. We may have chosen not to have the repair done. As it was the repair was reasonable and an excellent job was done. Well impressed with the service and have already recommended you to friends and family

Absolutely excellent service. Easy to drop off, console only took about 4 days to repair and received back within a day of it being shipped. They were very understanding about waiting two weeks for their payment and shipped the console as soon as they received it. Couldn't recommend this service any more to friends and family.
