Due to the Data Protection Act (1998) Console Doctor will no longer accept local drop-offs from customers.

All repairs must now be processed via our website; we’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause to our local customers.

Consoles can be sent to us via Collect+ (which is explained in detail here) after a repair has been ordered.

This action will come into effect from the 11/01/2012.
