Console Doctor have provided me with a faultless service when I had problems with Disk Rading errors on my WII. So often on the internet you come across companies that promise one thing and then either never deliver on that promise or hit you with hidden charges along the way. Console Doctor was true to its word and did exactly what it said it was going to do and for the price they said they would. I would not hesitate to recommend Console Doctor to anyone needing console repairs.

The console was returned to me this morning and the original fault of the console displaying the image in black and white still exists. This has not been repaired. I have checked the repair notes and no repair notes are shown. Please call me 0n 020 8310 8505 to discuss. I am extremely disappointed with the service. admin - spoke to customer and it was his TV setup not the console, we will send new scart & av lead to try and resolve his issue. - customer is now happy wth this.

Excellent service! I sent my Wii off for 'disc read error repair' and used the local drop off service. Console doctor emailed me a few days later informing me my Wii had been repaired and asking for payment. That same day they sent it back and I received it the next day. I wish every company was as efficient as this one!

Everything was excellent. My only problem is the reliance on a printer for the return, as I don't own one. I get the printout and then ring you to say I want to drop it off and what do I need? Another print! You could warn us in the original email. It would have sped things up considerably. Somewhat bizzarrly Yodel don't accept these drop offs at there own depot, which I just happened to be working next door to, though they were most helpful. Other than this minor quibble I am very happy with the service and would recommend you to anyone with a similar problem.

What a brilliant service! When my Wii got sick I had no idea where to start looking for help. Console Doctor collected it on monday. emailed me at every point to keep me updated and the repaired console was delivered back to home address on friday. I even took the serial number to confirm the right unit was returned, which it was. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
