Yellow Light Of Death completely fixed, though had to rebuild database and restore file system of PS3 when I received it back due to difficulties PS3 had loading XMB... Nonetheless, outstanding service, highly recommended.

The service in general is extremely good. The price is one of the cheapest around and the repair so far has worked but it is early days. Communications went wrong, in that I ended up contacting them to see what stage the repair was at, it appears that it was complete and they where waiting for me to pay. As I had not been contacted to state the item was ready I had no idea, however once this issue was resolved everything else communication wise went very well. I would reccomend using ConsoleDoctor and will do so again if needed.

The Console Doctor's are brilliant. I traded in my old PS3 which had suffered the yellow light of death for a lovely new slim line model - much cheaper than anywhere else. I was pleasantly surprised with the service once my PS3 broke. Having an idea that it was the disk drive, I didn't want to take the risk of replacing it once again like I had done so before and sent it here, unaware that there was an additional part that needed replacing. Console Doctor repaired both parts while only charging me for the price that they advertise for the replacement blue ray disk drive. They also made sure that the game which had become trapped in the old drive was returned to me. The console is running like it is brand new and even the casing of the PS3 is in a better condition than what it was when it was sent out. Would happily use them again if my PS3 needing repairing at a later date!

Although our PS3 must be only of a handful that couldn,t be repaired due to overheating damage the service was great. Picked up when arranged, acknowledged by email and returned quickly. If you are looking for a repair then they come highly recommended.
