This page explains how you can check the status of your console during the repair process.
If you have booked your console's repair via this site (I.E. through the Console Doctor website) you can track your console by logging into your account
here.
Once you have logged into your account, click the 'My Repairs' button to view the status of your repair
(the status is located in the 'Stage' column as shown below).

If you have been informed by Allianz Insurance that we are repairing your console, click
here and login using your claim and policy number (these can be obtained from Allianz).
Once logged in, click the 'Repair Details' button to view the status of your repair (shown below).

If you have been informed by Domestic & General Insurance that we are repairing your console, click
here and login using your job and agreement number (these can be obtained from D&G).
Once logged in, click the 'Repair Details' button to view the status of your repair (shown below).
