The casing may be cracked or damaged, we will replace all damaged parts with offical Kinect parts. You may be having problems with the wires or the adaptor.

The Kinect may no switch on at all, or you may get power but an error code appears.

The Kinect has three cameras in total choosing this repair will cover all three.
