Once the repair process has begun, a non contacting infrared sensor allows for optimal process control of the top and bottom infrared radiators. In order to ensure that our new Rework System is successful, we have been analysing our repair rates and are currently running on a 97% success rate over the past three months. For those consoles that we cannot fix, we offer a trade in for a refurbished or a brand new PS3 Slim console. In the unlikely event that we repair your console and it breaks under the 90-day warranty period, we will repair the console, and even arrange to collect it for free.
