I honestly can't rate console dr highly enough.I have alresdy told several friends that I have found somewhere fast and efficent and cheap to repair any broken consoles they might have.These games cost enough when they are new and it is every parents nightmare when they break. The free postage and packaging is also fantastic so you only pay for the actual repair and despite all the snow I had mine fixed and returned in no time. Thankyou so much and with all the different consoles in our house I am sure we will use you again!!!

Book your console under this fault if you experience any or all of these symptoms:

UMD door mechanism will not close and it may appear the metal legs holding the door in place have come off from their position.
UMD drive springs open without mechanism being touched.
There is physical damage to the Sony PSP 1000 faceplate.
The UMD door completely detaches from the PSP 1000 console.
