This fault is often caused simply through wear and tear over a period of time. The screen may appear heavily scratched, actions may not occur where you press or it may not respond at all. You can test the calibration of the touch screen by going into the settings and choosing the calibration option, if you cannot pass the on screen tests your touch screen will need replacing.
Book your console under this fault if you experience any or all of these symptoms:
- An obvious crack in the screen.
- The screen may not calibrate.
- The screen may respond however not where you are pressing the stylus.
