This fault can be caused by a few things such as water damage, power surge or a heavy drop. Our engineers can repair most power problems meaning you can keep your existing mainboard. However in cases of severe water damage for example we may need to fully replace the mainboard, this may increase the overall cost of the repair. If you are experiencing charging problems it is advised that you include the charger with the console.
Book your console under this fault if you experience any or all of these symptoms:
- There is no power going to the console, it may still charge but the blue light does not illuminate when power button is pressed.
- The consoles blue light comes on but there is no picture on either screen.
- The console has charging problems, this may include not charging at all, or intermittent charging problems.
- Choose this repair if your charging port is physically damaged.
