The Nintendo Wii has two wireless technologies built in. One, the Bluetooth, is used to connect your controllers to your console. For this reason if they cease to work, and you have tried the red syncing buttons (on the front of your console, and underneath the battery cover of your controller), you may have a problem with your Bluetooth. This the same for the WiFi. If you are not able to connect to a wireless network that other nearby devices can connect to without problem, you may need to order this repair.
You MUST send in all your controllers if they won't sync, so as we can thoroughly test you Wii console.
Book your console under this fault if you experience any or all of these symptoms:
- Problems connecting to a wireless network
- Problems syncing your Wii Remote.
- Your Wii Remote loses sync or power randomly.
