Yes its that easy! If you feel your console is beyond repair or would just like a new console then why not use it towards getting a new DSi. Your DSi can be faulty, there are a few things we cannot accept: If the console has severe water damage and many major parts are damaged beyond repair it is unlikely we will accept it as a trade. You will not have to send us the stylus, box or charger just the faulty console.
