This is perhaps the most obvious fault on the DS lite; generally the right hinge will be cracked or even missing. The top half of the DS lite will, in some cases, come loose from the right hand hinge. The top screen must be functional or the price may increase as the top screen will need to be replaced, we will call, text or email you if the top screen will need replacing.
Book your console under this fault if you experience any or all of these symptoms:
- Either the right (most commonly) or left corner hinge of the DS Lite has snapped away from the console.
- The DS lite hinge remains attached, however cracks or a bend can be seen on the hinge.
- This repair covers any other cracks that appear on your DS Lite console, cracks that may appear on the casing surrounding the top screen.
- The top screen must still function correctly.
