This fault option incorporates many possible Wii issues, power problems may range from a faulty mainboard to broken or snapped swicthes. It is important to rule out your power adapter before sending us your Nintendo Wii for repair. If you can, try using your power adapter on another machine, or use a new power adapter on your machine. If you cannot, or simply wish for us to test the power supply unit dont hesitate to send it with the Wii when you post it. Other issues that may arise are firmware problems, your console may be 'bricked' this usually happens due to a failed firmware update or an unsuccessful installation of a mod chip. On occasions we may have to replace the Wii mainboard and you may lose the mod chip functions, our engineers will make sure to inform you of this prior to the repair going ahead.
