This is a common fault and the regularity of the fault has nothing to do with the size of the hard drive. It is possible to access and retrieve any saved data and profiles on the faulty hard drive but in some cases we regret that data loss will occur.
Book your console under this fault if you experience any or all of these symptoms:
- Black screen and white writing the code E68 will appear on the screen.
- One red ring will appear on the front of the Xbox.
- Device may not be recognised.
- Save data, profiles and content may not be recognised or display as corrupt.
