The smaller, lighter version of the PSP is without a UMD drive so physical damage to the console is less common. The PSP GO does however have other various components that are likely to suffer from physical damage, such as the sliding mechanism and large LCD screen cover. It is important to note with this fault that it only covers damage to the case, on occasion the console will have a damaged screen as well as the case damage. If other components are faulty and need replacing we will of course call or email you.
Book your console under this fault if you experience any or all of these symptoms:
- There may be damage to the faceplate covering the screen, usually cracks or scratches.
- The mechanism used to slide the screen section up will be damaged and not functioning correctly.
- Cracks, chips and scuffs on the PSP GO, general cosmetic damage.
