Yes it is that easy! When we receive your console one of our engineers will inspect it, then we will get you a brand new 3DS sent in the post as soon as possible. You do not need to send us the stylus, box or charger just the working console. If we feel the console is not in working condition we can still offer the trade in but at the higher price.
Book your console under this fault if you experience any or all of these symptoms:
- You have a Faulty DS Lite and you would like a brand new 3DS.
- The console must be in working order.
- Scratches and scuffs are fine, however damage to the screens or casing may effect the trade in.
