Generally this fault is a result of a damaged Xbox 360 drive laser. There is an important distinction to be made with this repair as sometimes this fault can be caused by a faulty drive board. However, for the most part the repair is simply a case of replacing the laser inside your XBOX 360 drive. In a case where the drive board is at fault, we simply fit a new drive at no extra cost. If you feel as though your games are also faulty please feel free to send the disc in and we can professionally clean them for and additional 99p per disc.
