This fault is very common on the DSi, due to the position of the buttons they are prone to impact damage. Usually only one button becomes faulty, however if both shoulder buttons are faulty the price listed will cover this.
Book your console under this fault if you experience any or all of these symptoms:
- When pressing the shoulder buttons there is no response from the console. If you are at the main menu and press the shoulder buttons usually the camera should initiate, if the buttons are faulty it will not.
