Console Doctor is based in the North East of England, on the Newcastle Quayside. If you live in the local area and would like to drop your console off in person that is no problem at all. Once the repair is complete we will call or email you to arrange payment, then we can either send the console back to you in the post or you can come in and collect it.

Payment
If you have dropped off your console in person we have a number of ways you can pay for the repair. You can pay over the phone by credit or debit card by calling us on the number below. If you would prefer you can bring cash when you come to collect your console. We regret to say that we cannot accept cheques at this point.

Directions
If you are coming from the town centre, you will need to find your way to City Road on the Newcastle Quayside. From here, head east until City Road becomes Walker Road. You will see the Ouseburn Building on your left as you head out towards Tynemouth. If you would like more detailed directions, please use the Google Maps Direcitons service below.
