The Console Doctor Repair Guide
Step 1Select the correct console

Step 2Select the repair needed
Arrow Step 2Once you have selected your console that has a fault with it, find the repair that matches what is wrong with your machine. To get more information on each fault, click the 'more info' link. If you cannot find a fault that matches yours, do not panic! We will still be able to fix your console. Please select 'Free estimate' which will appear at the top of every repair page. As you will see these estimates come with a minimum and a maximum price so you know what the maximum price of the repair will be.

Step 3 Login or create a new account.
If you have has a repair with Console Doctor before, you can still use the details you provided originally to book a new repair. Use the form on the left to login and skip to 'Step 5'. Alternatively, if you are new to Console Doctor, click the link on the right hand side to register your personal details.Arrow Step 3 Login or Register as a new user

Step 4 Register your personal details.
Fill in the form on the following page with your personal details. Make sure to use a genuine, current email address as this will be our main mode of contact once we have recieved your console. Do not worry about your personal information. Console Doctor will not sell or otherwise distribute your personal information. We also use a secure server connection.
